the 5/4 part kinda tickled me to try some drums, no promises made tho :)
I used to listen to quite a lot of king crimson or tool in the past (man, I'm getting old), so neither rock guitar sounds nor weird timings are foreign to me, tho I understand your being surprised... I kinda quit producing that type of music some time and turned to the more dance-able stuff - i still consider rage against the machine a phantastic band, tho :D +3

haha, thanks Joe. there's a little part in there that reminds me mario brothers, that little jump noise 1:25 , almost made me want to make those 'coin' noises as well lol

Sometimes I wish I could go back to when life was exciting just playing that damned game. When Super Mario 3 came out, life was perfect, music was great and I had no responsibilities. Adulting sucks.

Great Nick, wonderful sound!!! Would love to contribute right away ... but I crashed my bike in the black ice out there and have a lesion in my right hand. It's not yet clear whether I'll need an operation. ...that could take some time. But I'll keep an eye on the track
