As you can hear this is a bare bones chord progression. I'm trying to learn a bit of jazz harmony - still a long way to go. I made this chord progression to accompany a melody but here I left out the melody. I'm sure anything you come up with will surpass whatever I was able to concoct :D

Ooh, to add to this you'd need a very good ear because there are lots of sudden key changes from major to minor (I think) so I'll be interested to watch what comes along. I think it has quite a bit of melody already. I might be talking rubbish, I'm no expert but I do love the sound <3 +1

shiihs Thank you Shamika. Actually, the melody I wrote to play above it is rather simple - and the chords underneath then add a lot of "color". But I hope to hear some other people run with it and do their thing :D +0

shiihs Thanks - I'm using "the Jazz Harmony Book" by David Berkman. I have multiple books, but this is the first book that seems to actually get me somewhere (even if it's still at a very basic level). +1
